Refund policy
If your order is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and work to exchange your item. We do not guarantee items will be in stock in case of exchanges. We recommend placing a new order online for the desired item and requesting a return for the item you wish to exchange. This will help ensure you get the desired item while it is still in stock. In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 14 days of purchase.

If your order is damaged and your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
